Thank you for deciding to use Vintage Venue Styling to supply your event.

Below you will find our booking form for completion. Please be as comprehensive as possible with the details that you provide.

Upon submission of the booking form you will automatically be redirected to the payment page to make a payment of £50.00 which will secure your booking. This money will be held as your security deposit against losses / damages and is fully refundable assuming the safe and timely return of the hire items.

Within a day or two of your booking being received you will receive an invoice for the full amount of your booking with a due date of 6 weeks prior to your event. This invoice can be paid at any time, but no later than the due date.

Notes:

  1. Please only complete this form if you have already confirmed availability with us.
  2. Please complete the form as fully as possible, for example, if booking lace chair sashes, you need to state the colour, the fabric and the quantity eg 100 Ivory Soft Lace Chair Sashes.
